Coaching is done through a software called ProCoach which has a web and mobile app making it easy for you to check in each day.
This coaching does not require meal planning, fad dieting, or counting calories.
It is designed to teach and practice lifelong habits and how to make better choices.
What will be required of you?
- 5-10 minutes out of each evening/night to check in and read a lesson on the web or the app
- A phone call or Facetime/Zoom meeting once every two weeks depending on your preference, to discuss obstacles, progress, and goals for the following two weeks.
- A highly encouraged, but optional recording of your weight and body measurements every 2 weeks.
- A positive, open-minded attitude
