Our mission is to provide high quality, evidence-based educational resources and information to help you be the best version of yourself, and be fit and ready for "the fight".

Each person has their own definition of "the fight" whether it be related to their job, the front lines of war, being a parent, or just the obstacles of every day life.

Dani is  a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and a Precision Nutrition 1 certified nutrition coach. She is currently a contractor embedded in the TACP community of the Air Force Special Warfare sector. Click here to learn more.


Who I am, and how I can help…

My blog is dedicated to answering common questions relating to pain, movement dysfunction, general wellness, recovery, rehab, nutrition, human optimization, and/or human performance.
